The right side of the frame is marked with the four line Marcas Registradas address. The right side plate is marked with the S&W logo. The butt is marked “25K0896”. The right side of the grip frame is marked with a “G” in a circle, “4551” and an “X” in a triangle. The lower portion of the right grip is marked “9680”.

Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are checkered walnut. There is a tiny mark on the bottom corner of the left grip. The right grip shows some compressed checkering. The grips rate in about Very Good overall condition.

Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 98% of its metal finish. This revolver has a light dragline on the cylinder; otherwise there are only light handling marks on the revolver. The .22 Long Rifle cylinder has a compression mark which has created a sharp burr. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this handgun rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions Correctly in both single and double action. The timing is great and the lockup is rock solid. We did not fire this handgun.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This pistol comes in its original box with matching end label. Inside the box are the original owner’s manual and various informational materials along with a .22 Long Rifle cylinder and the original S&W wrapping paper. The box rates in Fine condition with light storage wear.
